17. Walk Before Me, And Be Thou Perfect
Genesis 16-18
And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. Genesis 17:1
God demands perfection. Just as he tells Abram to be perfect, that same command is given to us in the New Testament. But first, He desires fellowship. Before we can be perfect, we have to know God, and spend time with Him to know how He wants us to be perfect! Are you growing in Christ and striving for perfection?
