243. God Is Worth Serving

Ezekiel 16-17

None eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, to the lothing of thy person, in the day that thou wast born.     And when I passed by thee, ands saw thee polluted in thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou was in thy blood, Live; yea, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live.   Ezekiel 16:5-6

When you were unwanted, God wanted you. When you were cast away, God found you and brought you to Himself. When you were left in the disgusting mess of sin, God saved you, and washed you clean. When you were about to die, God gave you life. God is the reason you’re alive and got a new start to life. What have you done for Him? What have you given Him in return? Do you express your gratefulness for all He's done for you and then seek to please Him in everything you say and do? He thought you were worth saving, so He is worth serving.
