251. Follow God, Even In The Impossible

Ezekiel 37-39

And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest.     Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.     Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter in to you, and ye shall live:     And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.     So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.   Ezekiel 37:3-7

When God presents an impossible idea or task, what is your response? Do you believe Him and trust that He knows what He's doing? Would you be willing to obey whatever crazy thing it is He asks you to do? Or do you laugh it off, choose to trust only what you know and can see, and do your own thing thinking you know better? God wants to do great things in and through you. Will you follow Him in faith and let Him take care of the details? You can't witness a miracle, if you’re not following the worker of miracles.

Deuteronomy 5-7 O that there were such an hear in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, and it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!    Deuteronomy 5:29 And the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.    Deuteronomy 6:24 God made it clear, and the children of Israel understood that all the commandments that God had given them were for their good and because God loved them. When there are things that God convicts you of, or rules applicable to you from His word, what is your response? Do you understand that He loves you and wants only the best for you? Or do you choose to think He doesn't know what He's doing and wants to keep you from having fun or enjoying life?
