350. You Are Created Unto Good Works

Ephesians 1-6

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.   Ephesians 2:10

You are created for good works. That is how God designed you even before you were born! Good works cannot save your soul but you were created for that purpose in Christ Jesus. Others should be able to see your good works and know that there is something different. Christ should be able to be seen through you to others by good works. Can others see a difference in you? Can they see Jesus in you through your good works? Is your life a testimony of Christ and His love or of selfishness and stinginess?

Deuteronomy 5-7 O that there were such an hear in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, and it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!    Deuteronomy 5:29 And the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.    Deuteronomy 6:24 God made it clear, and the children of Israel understood that all the commandments that God had given them were for their good and because God loved them.
