13. Speak God’s Truth, Not Yours

 Job 35-37

Suffer me a little, and I will show thee that I have yet to speak on God’s behalf.     I will fetch my knowledge from afar, and will ascribe righteousness to my Maker.     For truly my words shall not be false: he that is perfect in knowledge is with thee.   Job 36:2-4

When talking to people, especially about differences, or having a confrontation, whose words are you speaking? Are you just saying words, or expressing your own opinion? Do you prayerfully consider what you should say and how you should say it? Are you speaking God’s words or your own? Is God glorified in everything you say?
